February 4-7, 2008 | San Diego, California About OSC Readiness TrainingIntroductionThe U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host its 11th Annual On-Scene Coordinator (OSC) Readiness Training Program, on the West Coast from February 4 through 7, 2008. The training program continues to ensure the readiness of EPA OSCs nationwide by focusing on EPA's efforts to implement EPA's National Approach to Response and build partnerships with local, state, and other Federal responders but also with members of EPA's Response Support Corps. Various EPA offices work as a team with OSCs from across the country to develop training specifically for OSCs by OSCs. They include:
